Start the day with your choice of a full hot breakfast served on fine china in the formal dining room or greet the morning sun in our solarium and enjoy the city views. Freshly ground coffee, selection of teas and hot dishes change daily.

•Spanish open-faced omelettes with roasted red peppers and bacon, served with wedged potatoes
•Belgian waffles topped with fresh fruit, yoghurt and maple syrup, served with crisp Canadian bacon
•Tasty Western combo omelettes with ham, fresh mushrooms and cheddar cheese
•Eggs Benedict, with freshly poached eggs perched on a grilled English muffin with back bacon; glazed with fresh Hollandaise sauce, and served with seasoned roasted potatoes.
•Warm breakfast quiche with ham, spinach, bacon, vegetables and cream cheese, served with roasted potatoes and fruit salad. Vegetarian is also available upon request.
