The Cottage with its unique history was once a church, a caretaker cottage, and even a tack room. Its milled cedar beams, mahogany cabinets, furnishings, and unique blend of antiques creates a cozy atmosphere. The bedroom set, with full-size bed, came across America to California on a settler's wagon. The living area includes a fireplace, one full sleeper sofa and a well-equipped kitchen, and also accommodates two twin rollaway beds for those traveling with children. Private bath and laundry facilities make this an ideal place to hang your hat for a while or get away for a romantic weekend. The cottage, however, does not include a served breakfast in the Manor.

Cynthia Room
Each room in the Manor has its own personality. You can relax into soft pillows, fine linens, private bathrooms, queen size beds, and pleasant window views. You also have personally zoned heat and air conditioning.
The Cynthia Room mirrors the poise and gracefulness of the oldest daughter, for whom it was named. Done in exquisite, dark woods, with wedding pictures, and subtly placed lighting, the room emanates sophistication and elegance.
The Mary Room illustrates the character of the second eldest daughter. Warm and inviting, victorian mahogany furniture greet the eyes. The floral paintings coupled with soft colors and lighting gives one a sense of romance and a feeling of home.
The Brenda Room is obviously made of memories that make you want to laugh. This bright and lively room gives credence and clarity to its maker’s sunny disposition, with golden sun sweeping the room in the morning, and a glorious horizon visible right out the window.
The Scelestia Room reflects the nature of the youngest daughter. With an exotic, yet traditional solid burl bedstead, and the warm-toned coloring of the room, you get quite a feel for its creator, and her lovely tastes in coloring, furniture, and love of the equine.
The Eduardo Room commands a lovely view of the vale from the main floor, as well as quick entrance and exit to the veranda. Done in light, sweeping colors, and simple, graceful furniture, it shows clearly the straightforward and honest spirit of Edward, the youngest son of the house.
