Our gourmet kitchen provides comprehensive catering and beverage service to complement any theme or style event - from elegant sit-down banquets to playful garden soirees. Our talented executive chef can create custom catering menus and culinary delights that enhance your event and impress your guests.

• The Parlor. With 850 square feet of space, The Parlour is a spacious venue that features the ambiance of a marble and wood fireplace to ensure an intimate, warm meeting space. This wonderful room can accommodate up to 50 guests (banquet style) and 60 guests (reception style), depending on your desired style of seating. A charming wrap-around porch adds a relaxing outdoor environment for parties and receptions.
• The Library. The 270 square foot Library features a marble and wood fireplace, built-in wood bookshelves, and a sliding glass door with a view of the fountain and surrounding garden. With a 12-person capacity, this charming room is perfect for small groups and gatherings seeking comfort and intimacy.
• Lawn & Gardens. Our Lawn and Garden area is a spectacular setting for luncheons, dinners, fundraisers, barbecues, weddings, wine tasting events and presentations. This beautiful, peaceful setting offers a scenic outdoor landscape of lush wine country scenery and the charm of historic Santa Ynez. The area may be tented - set with tables, umbrellas or canopies - to create an elegant or romantic ambiance. The idyllic Lawn and Garden area can host up to 125 seated guests for receptions, coffee breaks, wine tastings, luncheons and dinners.
• Coach House. Adjacent to the Santa Ynez Inn’s main building and surrounded by beautiful gardens, the Coach House (built circa 1900 to house stagecoaches and carriages in the historic village of Santa Ynez) was restored in 2006 as an elegant event facility. An antique mirrored mahogany bar graces the foyer and welcomes your guests. Luxurious carpets and beautiful artwork create warmth and ambiance throughout this charming venue. Sporting a full service prep kitchen, the Coach House offers seamless catering for all your functions and affairs. The Coach House offers 1,000 square feet of space and accommodates 40 guests in conference style seating, 100 guests for a banquet, and 125 people for theatre style seating. This elegant and historic event venue is perfect for weddings, celebrations, banquets, receptions, social functions or board-room style meetings.

With so much to see and experience in the Santa Ynez Valley - from winery tours to golf outings to cycling adventures - we encourage you to make your group event an unforgettable vacation experience. We'll even make suggestions and arrangements for group activities and special events in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley, including wine tastings at local wineries and guided horseback riding excursions. For groups reserving five or more guest rooms per night, we also offer special group rates and packages.

Santa Ynez Weddings Sites. The Santa Ynez Inn offers several stylish venues for your wedding celebrations and events. Adorned with plush carpets and beautiful artwork, our historic Coach House is an elegant space for wedding celebrations for up to 125. Our intimate Parlor with a fireplace accommodates wedding receptions for 60 and banquets for 50 guests. The Library with a fireplace and access to our gardens is an intimate room for wedding rehearsal dinners or intimate cocktail parties for 12. For wedding ceremonies and receptions in the natural beauty of the outdoors, the beautiful Lawn and Garden area is an idyllic wedding setting for friends and family. Whatever you desire, we ensure that your wedding event will inspire romance, passion and togetherness!

• Catering/Food and Beverages. We offer a full-service catering kitchen on-site. Our executive chef will provide custom menus and quotes for all your wedding celebrations and special events. All beverages (beer, liquor and sodas) must be provided by the Inn and paid for (hosted) by a registered guest of the Inn. The Inn does offer a banquet wine list but should you choose to bring in your special bottle of wine a corkage fee will be assessed. Please contact us directly with your request for food and beverage services.
• Decorations & Flowers. Floral arrangements, centerpieces and decorations can be ordered and set up at your request. We will be happy to assist you with florist recommendations in the Santa Ynez area for beautiful blossoms year-round.
• Entertainment. The Santa Ynez Inn works closely with special agents and companies in order to offer a wide variety of musicians, singers and entertainers to enhance your Santa Barbara Wine Country wedding.
• Officiant. A listing of licensed ministers and justice of peace officials is available at the Santa Ynez Inn. We are happy to provide you with this information when you book your wedding celebration.
