Policies...

Rates are for one or two adults. Room tax is additional to quoted rates.
Gift certificates available.
Reservations may be secured by deposit of first night's rate.
Two-night minimum stay on holidays and some weekends.
Some holidays may have higher rates.
Please call for scheduling special events.
Discover, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express accepted.
Credit card will not be charged until arrival but may be authorized for integrity.
Payment in full due upon arrival.
We have a three day cancellation policy. If you do need to cancel or change your reservations, please CALL us at least 72 hours before your arrival day, otherwise we will have to charge you for your reservations. Cancellations and changes can NOT be done via email, please call us directly at the B&B.
Smoking is permitted on decks only. There will be a $250 cleaning charge for rooms with smoking odor.
Check-in: 3 to 9 pm. Late Check-in is available, also.
Check-out: 11 a.m. Late check-out available upon request and availability.
