Nestled in the heart of the Central Coast Wine Country, our romantic Tuscan styled bed and breakfast inn is situated on ten acres of seclusion. Our spectacular setting offers several King / Queen, private guest suites, all with stunning "see forever" views. Wake up to a three course breakfast; dine indoors or al fresco during the warmer months.

All our guest suites have very high 10 foot ceilings and 8 foot tall warm, wood doors, making even the smaller suits seem larger and less confining than standard 8 foot ceilings. We have a two night minimum on all weekends. We offer a 10% discount for a two night stay (Mon - Thu) except on holiday weekends.

• Check in time: 4 - 7 PM --please confirm approximate arrival time in advance, we appreciate it very much!
• Check out time: 11:30 AM daily unless special arrangements are made, which is usually possible - please inquire.
• Our Villa is designed and operated for an adult clientele seeking a romantic and tranquil atmosphere, and so is unsuitable for children under 16 years of age.
• For the health and courtesy of all our guests, we do not allow smoking anywhere inside, and have a designated outdoor area for smokers.
• Our Policies for Cancellation are as follows:
  • One night Stay (when allowed): 14 days
  • Two night stays for single suite: 14 days
  • Two night stays for multiple suites: 30 days
  • Whole Villa Rental: 60 days (non special event)
  • We will refund your deposit, less a 5% administrative fee, which is our cost for transactions.
  • We can hold your payment and apply it in full towards a future booking
  • We will hold you financially responsible for the entire length of your booked stay unless a new guest takes your room.
  • Please allow up to 30 days for credits to be reflected against credit card charged
  • Due to our small size, cancellations affects us greatly. Please understand, we maintain a firm cancellation policy for non-arrival or early departure, no matter the reason.
• We love animals, and we are pet friendly. We also have a kennel less than 2 miles away, and can assist you in making reservations for your pet. Our Policies for Pets are as follows:
  • Smaller dogs only (under 70 lbs )
  • Pets are only in room when owners are present
  • Owners must provide suitable pet "crates" and other pet needs
  • Pets should be on leash when outdoors.
  • ONLY service dogs are allowed in dining room
  • Pet surcharge is $35 per evening.
  • We reserve the right to charge an advance cleaning deposit of $150 for large pets (over 50 pounds).
