All of our suites are nicely appointed in the finest imported Italian micro-fiber furnishings, rich leathers, designer colors, imported cork flooring from Portugal, Venetian glass bowl vanities, Tempur-pedic premium grade sleep systems, wood-burning fireplaces, and much more.

Policies
  • Room rates are quoted in US Dollars and do not include applicable taxes.
  • Taxes, incidentals and fees will be additional.
  • Online reservations and rates are not applicable to any special certificates, online auction packages or discount clubs.
  • There is a $ 25 per person resort which will be applied to your folio. For any guests having spa treatments, this fee is waived.
  • Note that reservations with check-in dates less than 31 days in advance are charged for the non-refundable deposit of the entire stay and applicable taxes upon room confirmation.
  • Others are charged for the 1st night and taxes or 1/2 of the reservation, whichever is greater.
  • We can not assign or guarantee a specific room until check-in.
  • For the comfort and safety of our guests, Stevenswood is a NON-SMOKING resort.
  • Pets are welcome with prior arrangements. There is a $50 pet fee per stay which will be applied to your final bill.
  • "Last Minute/QuikEscapes" and special packages are NON-CANCELLABLE, NON-CHANGABLE.
  • All prices quoted are plus applicable taxes. Gratuities not included.
  • Note that there is a $50 fee per person over 2 in any suite, and only certain suites are children compatible, so please contact us if traveling with children of any ages.
  • There is a $7 per night Energy Surcharge applied to all reservations.
  • Stevenswood recommends Trip Protection Insurance to give you peace of mind when you travel.
