Like to camp, but too grown up to sleep on the rocks? Come to Shinneyboo Creek Cabins and go "Pamping." We specialize in pampering our guests by offering a village cluster of eight intimate, cabins for those who like a little comfort in the great outdoors. Enjoy relaxing on your own private porch in a cedar glen surrounded on three sides by the beautiful Tahoe National Forest. These spectacular forests of Jeffery Pines and old-growth cedars provide thousands of acres of rushing rivers, sparkling clear mountain lakes, emerald granite pools and trails for you to explore the back-country of the High Sierras. |

Close to Lake Tahoe, our cabins are located 15 minutes from Sugar Bowl, Boreal, and Royal Gorge and halfway between Truckee and the Nevada City/Grass Valley Gold Country. Shinneyboo Creek Cabins are also conveniently located at the gateway to the Grouse Lakes Recreation Area off of Interstate 80 in Yuba Gap (between Emigrant Gap and Kingvale) on Eagle Lakes Road.
Come join us and enjoy your own inviting cabin with all the quiet pleasures of camping, but with the comfort of a real bed and a hearty breakfast each morning, including fresh seasonal fruit, an assortment of homemade baked goods, a variety of yogurts, fresh roasted coffee, juice, and milk.

with queen-size Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses, down comforters, Jacuzzi tubs, in-room cast iron stoves, private deck and own campfire ring. |
in a cedar glen along the South Yuba River with a stone fire pit and 900 sq. ft. pavilion tent. |

Rates: $139 - $189 with special seasonal discounts. We do offer discounted rates for two or more night stays with a 7 day advance reservation request. If you want to stay a Friday or Saturday night, then we will ask that you stay with us for two nights, unless you want to call us on Thursday and see what we have available. |
