Reservation Policies:
  • Check-in 3 to 7 pm. Please call us if you will be arriving late.
  • Check-out 11 am.
  • For the health of all of our guests, rooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
  • Sorry no pets.
  • Our property is not suitable for children under 12.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
  • Room tax is not included in quoted rates.
  • A 2 night minimum is required for all weekend stays.
  • A 3 night minimum is required for major holiday weekends.
  • Upon reservation whether via online reservations or by phone, a deposit of 1 night's stay will be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellation may be made with 14 days advance notice and your deposit (less a $20 service fee) will automatically be refunded or credited to your credit card account.
  • Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will generate a refund (less a $20 service fee) 'only' if we are able to re-rent the room.
  • Rates subject to change.
