• Two night minimum on a Saturday night reservation and for special events.
• All room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional person, $20 per night.
• Due to the historic nature of Sand Rock Farm, children must be supervised at all times.
• Cancellations without charge are accepted with more than 10 days advance notice, less a $25 processing fee. If cancellation is received with less than 10 days notice, the credit card number used for the deposit will be charged for the remainder of the room nights we are unable to rent.
• The historic nature of Sand Rock Farm prohibits the use of candles, matches, or combustible materials except in the living room fireplace. Cigarette smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property except the brick patio behind the house. We appreciate your consideration for the safety and preservation of our home and grounds.
• All occupancy rates are subject to change.
• Quoted room tariffs do not include local taxes.
