Frittata basic
3 eggs per person
1/8 cup of cream
1/8 small onion
1/4 cup cheese
Place cream and onion in pan and heat on low until just before boiling and let stand for 20 minuets. Combine eggs slowly and mix as you combine to cream. In a well buttered pan add cheese and any of the following
1/4 cup crab
1/4 cup sausage
1/4 cup spinach
1/8 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup cheese of your choice
1/4 cup Ham
In our crab Frittata I add crab, and jalape–o jack cheese.
In our Ham frittata I add Ham Spinach and Feta cheese.
In our vegetarian frittata I add spinach feta cheese and pine nuts.
You can be your our own artist and add as you wish with the basic. Just remember that the hot liquid will cook your eggs if you don't stir fast enough. And you need to place your pan inside a larger one and fill with water before you bake @ 300 degrees this will take about 20 minutes for 3 eggs add add ional time for larger recipes. Knife should come out clean when inserted in the center of the frittata or 160 degrees remember to have fun if the cook isn't having fun no one is having fun.
