San Diego Bed and Breakfast

• The suite is designed to comfortably and safely accommodate two guests only.
• Two-night minimum stay required. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
• 72-hour notice prior to arrival date is required for cancellation. If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of arrival date, there will be a charge of 50% of the original reservation.
• The San Diego Bed and Breakfast is designed as an adult retreat. We regret that we are not able to accept reservations that include children.
• To maintain the freshness of the suite, and because of the potential fire hazard, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including the outside grounds, and especially not within the B & B. Evidence of smoking in the suite will result in an immediate, minimum charge of $250 for cleaning and restoration.
• For safety, fire hazard and insurance reasons, burning candles or incense are strictly prohibited.
• Check-in: 3:00 - 5:00 pm. Please call in advance to make special arrangements. Check-out: 11:00 am.
• Guests are responsible for washing pans and tableware for any meals other than continental breakfast (provided by the hosts). If guests prefer not to wash dishes after cooking, the hosts can provide this service for $25 per day.
• If excessive cleaning of the suite is necessary (beyond what is customary under normal inn and B&B practice) guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $25 minimum.
• All B&B contents are inventoried prior to each guest arrival. For any items found damaged or missing, guests will be charged for repair or replacement. Full documentation will be provided.
