San Diego Bed and Breakfast

• Not Suited for Children: The San Diego Bed and Breakfast is designed as an adult retreat. We regret that we are not able to accept reservations that include children.
• No Smoking: To maintain the freshness of the suite, and because of the potential fire hazard, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including the outside grounds, and especially not within the B & B. Evidence of smoking in the suite will result in an immediate, minimum charge of $250 for cleaning and restoration. Such cleaning may require cleaning or replacement of carpets, drapes, bedding or furniture cushions. Such expenses will be fully documented and provided to guests upon completion. Guests smoking on the property will be asked to leave immediately.
• No Candles or Incense Burning: For safety, fire hazard and insurance reasons, burning candles or incense are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in guests being asked to leave immediately. Any cleaning or repair expenses will be charged to guests.
• Only Two (2) People per Stay: The suite is designed to comfortably and safely accommodate two guests only.
• Check-In: Check-in time is between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. If late check-in is needed, please call in advance to make special arrangements.
• Check-Out: Check-out time is 11 a.m. Because on-time check-out is important in order to allow sufficient time prepare the suite for the new guests checking in, guests who have not vacated the suite by 11 a.m. will be charged a late fee equal to one night of lodging.
• Dishwashing for Kitchen Cooking Fee: Guests are free to use the full kitchen for cooking. Guests are responsible for washing pans and tableware for any meals other than continental breakfast (provided by the hosts). If guests prefer not to wash dishes after cooking, the hosts can provide this service for $25 per day.
• Excessive Cleaning Fee: If excessive cleaning of the suite is necessary (beyond what is customary under normal inn and B&B practice) guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $25 minimum.
• Damages Fee: All B&B contents are inventoried prior to each guest arrival. For any items found damaged or missing, guests will be charged for repair or replacement. Full documentation will be provided.
• Cancellation Policy: 10-day notice prior to arrival date is required for cancellation. If cancellation occurs within 10 days of arrival date, there will be a charge of 50% of the original reservation.
