General Reservation and Accommodation Information
  • Check in is between 4 - 6 p.m. or by prior arrangement. Check out is 12 noon.
  • Our rooms are designed for Double Occupancy.
  • The Double Eagle Suite, the public rooms and the outside pathways are wheelchair accessible.
  • No Professional Photography or 3rd Party Vendors allowed on the Premises with any Inn Guests.
  • No dogs or cats. We will be happy to assist with kennel reservations. We can assist with stabling of your horses at the Inn or nearby.
  • Included in your room rate is our full country breakfast. Wine & Cheese is served from 4 - 6 pm in our Dining area daily to Inn Guests. Please let the Guest Receptions know at the Time of your Reservation of any Special Dietary requirements/needs
  • Guests who smoke may do so on the outside patios only.
  • All rooms have fireplaces, Telephones, Cable TV, DVD/VCR's, Jacuzzi tubs and showers.
  • We offer Free Internet Wireless Access in most rooms & Common areas
  • Gift certificates can be purchased at any time or over the Phone & can be applied for both Lodging & SPA Treatments at the Purple Orchid
  • Cancellations: We have a 48 Hours Cancellation Policy. For Groups reserving over 5 Rooms a Deposit of half the Balance will be collected 10 days in advance.
  • Overnight guests enjoy a 15% off Rooms when booking spa packages at the Same Time.
