Welcome! We look forward to your visit. Since opening in January 1995, we have welcomed thousands of guests from all corners of the world. Now we invite you to join them. Experience the magic of this special place, tucked between the ocean and a magnificent mountain wilderness in a community known for its orchards and flower fields. And the daytime temperatures at the inn are near seventy degrees both summer and winter.

Prufrock's is a historic home that was completely renovated before opening in 1995. Remodeling was designed to restore the original integrity of the house and also make it functional as a Bed and Breakfast Inn. The location is most desirable. It is away from the freeway just one block from a beautiful beachside park and right in the middle of main street charm. Guests can exit the front door for a beautiful sunset walk on the beach or visit one of the many shops or restaurants close by.

After enjoying your home-cooked breakfast, cozy down with a good book by the fireplace or enjoy some time on the beach. If it better fits your mood, walk to numerous nearby shops or ride our bikes to explore other treasures. If you prefer a drive you might choose downtown Santa Barbara, Ojai Valley and Lake Casitas, or the Santa Ynez Valley wine country and Solvang.

Guest Information Deposits are the greater of either one full-price night or 50% of total room charge. A 14-day cancellation notice is required to receive refund of deposit minus a 10% processing fee. All room rates are for single or double occupancy and are subject to a 10% hotel tax. Additional person in some rooms by pre-arrangement for $39. A two-night minimum stay is required if Saturday night is included. Holidays require longer stays. Gift Certificates Available Smoking permitted only in the garden. Rates range from $89 to $299
