We welcome you to experience the inviting elegance of our California wine country bed and breakfast. The luxury Bed & Breakfast accommodations in the Carriage House feature two bedrooms, each with a queen featherbed, private bathroom, and cozy seating area. Down comforters, spa robes, luxurious toiletries and linens, and fresh flowers give our guests a little extra pampering. Each room is elegantly furnished with period antiques and treasured collectibles. The quaint balconies off each room offer privacy as you take in the natural beauty of the rolling hills and beautiful sky. Our guests are welcome to gather in the shared living room and fully equipped kitchen to sample local wines, fresh fruit and homemade baked goods. Full gourmet breakfasts are provided to guests at the main dining room.

The Countryside Room

The Countryside Room features a queen feather bed, seating area, private deck and bathroom. If a quiet afternoon by the fireplace with a good book is your idea of relaxation, your stay at Orchard Hill Farm will renew you. The gardens offer yet another kind of serenity. $230 per night

The Fireside Room

The Fireside Room features a queen feather bed, seating area, fireplace, private balcony and large bathroom. Many of the antiques, collectibles, paintings and Debbie's "unusual finds" are available for sale. Her interior design business takes her to estate sales, antique stores and furniture markets seeking the pieces that blend with the ambiance of Orchard Hill Farm. $240 per night

Policies
  • A two-night minimum is required on weekends and a three-night minimum on holidays and wine weekends.
  • Sunday through Thursday we welcome one night stays.
  • Rooms are limited to 2 persons per room.
  • Cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to your arrival date (at least 30 days before holiday and festival/special event weekends) or you will be charged the full amount of your reserved stay.
  • All cancellations are subject to a $25 service fee.
  • No refund will be made when less than the 14-day (or other minimum) notice in effect is received.
  • Credit card authorization is required to reserve a room.
  • Check-in: 3 - 7 p.m. Please inquire about the possibility of arranging a different check-in time.
  • Check out time is 11 a.m. No shows are responsible for the entire reservation without refund.
  • For the safety and courtesy of our natural environment and our guests, smoking is not permitted in the rooms or common areas, and this policy is strictly enforced. Therefore, Orchard Hill Farm allows smoking in our garden areas ONLY.
  • Orchard Hill Farm is designed for adults desiring a quiet and romantic retreat, and as such, is not suitable for children under 16 years of age.
  • For the security and privacy of all, access to the property is limited to registered guests only.
  • Please do not bring pets.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
