• All rates include a full gourmet breakfast, evening social hour with wine and beverages, use of bicycles, beach towels and chairs.
• Rates subject to change.
• Rates are based on double-occupancy and subject to 12% bed tax.
• The charge for each additional guest is $35 plus tax per room night.
• Special business and mid-week rates as well as weekly and monthly rentals are available from October 15th to May 15th. Please inquire.
• Off-season, a two-night minimum stay is required if a Saturday night is included.
• During July and August a three-night minimum stay may be required if a Saturday night is included.
• We have a seven (7) day cancellation policy however we do charge a non-refundable advance payment for the first night's stay at the time the reservation is confirmed.
• All changes or cancellations must be received at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid a credit card charge for the remainder of your stay.

• **Monday - Thursday October 15th through June 1.
• For your comfort, no pets and no smoking are allowed inside the Inn.
• Lighted off street parking is available.
• A full beer and wine selection is offered.
