Cooking Classes (09/28/2009 thru 12/14/2009)
Please join us for an extra special event ... cooking classes based on our popular recipes served to guests here at Olallieberry Inn. It is a fun way to learn. And the fruits of your labor? Simply delicious.

September 28, 2009 (Monday)
Agenda: Breakfast ? I?ll share with you some of the delicious breakfast menus we do at the Inn that you will be able to make for your guests and really impress them.

October 26, 2009 (Monday)
Agenda: Whole Wheat Quick Breads and Crackers. I?ll be taking a class from master Bread Chef, Peter Reinhart. I?ll show you some wonderful baked goods using whole wheat. Remember these are not yeast breads so they will be easy to do.

December 14, 2009 (Monday)
Agenda: Desserts ? wonderful desserts that you will find helpful for the holiday season.

Classes are limited to 15 participants.

All classes will begin at 11 am and end no later than 1:30 pm. The class fee includes a brunch that will include an item that I will be demonstrating; and will include a baked product that you can take home.

Fee: $40 ($25 for Guests staying at Olallieberry Inn)

Massage
To enhance your stay, we invite you to enjoy a wonderfully relaxing massage with our resident innkeeper, Marilyn Draper, CMT. Marilyn offers her clients the warm, nurturing surroundings of the Olallieberry Inn, with soft music, warm touch and a safe environment to relax.

Marilyn has over 1000 hours in training and over 14 years of experience. She has studied Swedish deep tissue, and her specialty is lomi-lomi (Hawaiian massage which she learned while living on the island of Kauai).

Marilyn is an expert in her field and continues to teach lomi-lomi workshops at a school in Sonoma, CA two to three times a year. She will work at whatever level you need (light, relaxing pressure, or deep muscular release).

Special Rates for Guests: $45 for 1/2 hour; $80 for 1 hour

We'll prepare a chilled bottle of champagne and a fresh bouquet of flowers for you and your loved one. Add $50 to your room rate. Add on a 1/2 hour massage for two for $80 or two one hour massages for an additional $140. (A $20 savings!)
