• Rates range from $89 to $229 per night.
• All rates are nightly and based on double occupancy, (two guests per room).
• Each additional guest add $15 per room.
• Most weekend reservations require a two-night minimum stay and holiday periods have a three-night minimum stay.
• Check-in: 3 PM; Check-out: 11 AM
• A credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover) with one night charged at time of booking, is required to secure a reservation.
• Partial cash payments may be accepted at time of arrival, however a credit card with matching identification is required as a security deposit for all guest visits.
• Cancel policy: One night guest deposit (minus a $35/room or $50/suites service fee) is refundable for cancellations 72 hours prior to arrival for off-peak dates or 21 days prior to arrival for peak season and weekend dates, unless otherwise stated in writing.
