Policies and Information:
  • Check-In: After 3:00 p.m.
  • Check-Out: Before 11:00 a.m.
  • NO SMOKING IN THE ROOMS.
  • Please NO Pets, unless approved in advance. $10/night cleaning fee.
  • Rates for B & B Cottages are for 2 guests including breakfast.
    • Extra guest charge, $20/night (over 12yrs), $10/night (under 12yrs), and cribs $10/night.
    • Extra guests must be approved in advance.
  • Rates for kitchen cottages are for up to 4 guests. Breakfast not included.
    • Extra guest charge $10/night. Crib or futon charge $10/night.
    • Extra guests must be approved of in advance of arrival.
  • Non-Holiday Reservations:
    • An advance payment of 50% (payment in full for one night stays) is required on all regular reservations.
    • The balance is due upon arrival.
    • The balance will be charged to the same credit card that was used for your advance payment unless other arrangements have been made.
    • Your advance payment is refundable, less $25/cottage fee, only if you cancel more than 14 days prior to your arrival.
  • Holiday Reservations: (Christmas-New Years, 4th of July, Labor Day and Presidents Day Weekends).
    • For guaranteed holiday reservations we require payment in full in advance.
    • Upon any cancellation of reservations, refund less $25/cottage fee will be made only upon re-renting the room that was booked for the full stay.

Edelweiss 1-bedroom pet friendly kitchen suite on the ground floor of a two-story cottage. $145-195
The Tree House 2-bedroom pet friendly cottage with full kitchen. $165-255
Sugar Pine 1930's Log cabin next door to the B&B. Totally remodeled with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and full kitchen. $195-295
