As a winter sports destination you can find no equal. With an average of 500 inches of snow per year and 260 days of sunshine our climate can't be beat.
  • All types of skiing are available.
  • Snow Shoeing: If you can walk you can snow shoe. All of our hiking trails make great snow shoeing trails during the winter months.
  • Snow Play: There are lots of areas to go sledding and just play in the snow. In fact just after any storm we have some pretty good sledding here at the B&B.

Summer is one of the most popular seasons here at Lake Tahoe. You can usually count on summer starting around June and continuing on into September and October. Remember that many of the summer activities continue well into the fall. In fact the hiking, biking and fishing only get better during the fall.
