Couples Massages:
Napa Valley Warm Stone Massage: A 75 minute treatment with warm stones, soaked in a tee tree oil solution. This soothing treatment is ideal for deep muscle relaxation. Per Couple : $265
Couples Massage: A calming side by side massage, pre-breakfast awakening, afternoon refresher or an evening tranquility session. All treatments are available from 8am to 9pm either in the privacy of your spacious bedroom suite or in our Solé Spa/Fitness Retreat. A variety of massages are available: Swedish, Aromatherapy, Sports, or your individual requests for target tension i.e backs, knees, necks, shoulders. Per Couple one hour: $225
Individual Treatment Sessions per hour: $115
Aromatic Facials: Hot towels steaming with essential oils. Herbal cleansing and exfoliation prepares the skin for a deep cleansing marine mud mask, followed by a toning mask and moisturizing finishing mist. This relaxing treatment includes a soothing massage for the neck, shoulders, feet and hands. Individual treatment session: $155
Gent's Combo: 1/2 hour sports massage with 1/3 hour peppermint salt glow foot "facial". Individual Treatment Session: $115
Grape seed Glow Back Treatment: a 30 minute back massage followed by a vitamin-rich Napa Valley Grape seed Scrub. Individual Treatment Session: $115
Health And Fitness Sessions:
Individual Fitness Training Sessions in the privacy of our Solé Spa Gym. Certified Fitness Instructors lead you through a variety of Cardio, Strength and Flexibility programs.
Definitions: A one hour progressive weight resistance session using light hand weights, higher repetitions to focus on toning, sculpting, muscular endurance and core strengthening. One hour session: $45
Yoga (Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar): Harmonize mind and body. Through various asanas (poses), improve concentration, strength and flexibility while improving posture, balance and releasing away all of life's daily tensions. One hour and fifteen minute session: $45
Pilates: Similar to Yoga in its intertwining of mind and body, Pilates focuses on core strength and flexibility through various controlled exercises. Focusing on precision of movement, rather than quantity, Pilates creates long, lean muscles and encourages the body to work as an efficient and holistic system. One hour session: $45
