Our lovely Inn offers 23 unique rooms, each elegantly decorated with their own distinctive designs and décor. Although each room is individual, below we have divided the rooms into Italian colors so you can see the price range for each room type. Our intimate atmosphere is the perfect alternative to larger corporate hotel chains. We provide our guest with premium mattress to ensure a refreshing night sleep. Accommodations feature free local calls, voice mail messaging, cable TV, in rooms’ safes, fluffy spa robes, and a few of our guest rooms offer spa tubs and kitchenettes.
We have finely crafted Victorian style furnishings which have been chosen for their incomparable quality and style. Hand selected art compliment our décor. Luxurious bedding dressed in the finest linens and custom duvets will assure a restful night s sleep.

*Policies* Special events, weekends and holidays may require a minimum stay and rates will vary. Payment: Cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Check-in: 3 pm, Check-out: Noon. Office Hours: 7 am - 11 pm. Rates and availability are subject to change. Reservations must be guaranteed by advanced payment of 1 night room rate plus tax. A daily rate quoted is an average daily rate for the dates chosen. If a reservation is changed, shortened or extended, the average daily rate may change. Special events, weekends and holidays are subject to minimum stay requirements. If you plan on arriving at a time outside our office hours please notify us so we can make arrangements. Payment is due upon check in on the date of arrival. In order to receive a refund, cancellations must be received 5 days prior to your arrival date for weekday reservations, and 7 days prior for weekend or holiday reservations. You will be charged for the full amount of the reservation if your cancellation is received after the above deadlines. If you find it necessary to cancel, please use your reservation number and be sure to record the cancellation number, which we provide at the time of cancellation. No pets. Irons with boards, hairdryers, VCRs, DVD players, fridges, and Microwaves are available upon request. Smoking is not permitted; The Little Italy Inn is a smoke free environment.
