Lavender Hill - Sonora, California Lavender Hill is a 1900's Country Victorian B&B inn overlooking historic Sonora in Tuolumne County near Yosemite. If you're looking for lodging which will take you back to those Victorian times, then Lavender Hill is the one! Your innkeepers are very proud of how they have been able to combine Victorian charm and modern convenience to meld the perfect atmosphere for your Gold Country vacation!

At sunset, watch Tuolumne County from a wrap-around porch and enjoy a country walk through year-round flower gardens. In the morning, wake to a full home-cooked breakfast and the opportunity to listen and share experiences with fellow guests. Lavender Hill offers four guest rooms with queen or king size beds and private baths. Each room has a clock/radio, bottled water, cookies, and candy, and some also have CD/tape players.

library The sitting room is an excellent escape in the early morning with your coffee or with afternoon refreshments. The foyer, with its antique wood-burning stove, is an excellent spot to sit and get toasty on those cold winter days. Guests may choose to spend some quality time reading a book in our library. Sonora's Lavender Hill Bed and Breakfast provides guests with a gourmet country breakfast in the formal dining room each morning of your stay. The first course consists of such items as Swiss Breakfast Parfait, smoothies, poached pears or baked apples, baked pineapple, fresh fruit cup, or an apricot-ginger parfait. The second course consists of herbed eggs, quiches, stuffed French toast, puffed peach or apple pancakes, eggs béarnaise, a variety of muffins, and much more.
