Berkeley Hills Bed and Breakfast

The town of Kensington is adjacent to the Berkeley Hills and is a small unincorporated town with its own shops and is quite charming. The number 7 bus, just one block walk from the home, takes you all the way to U.C. Berkeley in 15 minutes. One of the most beautiful gardens in California is open to the public and only a 10 minute walk away. Known as the "Blakemont Estate", the President of the entire U.C. system makes this his home.

• 1 - 2 people: $179 per night, $1,199 per week
• 3 people: $190 per night
• 4 people: $199
• 5 people: $210
• With 3 people and up we deduct $100 off on the 7th day of each stay and again at the 14th day and so on.
• There is also an $85 cleaning fee.

This property is a 5 minute drive to UC Berkeley. We are a 3 minute drive from Tilden Park where you can find great hiking, picnic areas, a beautiful lake with swimming and a beach. There is a steam train for children as well as a Merry-Go-Round. We are a beautiful 5 minute walk to Kensington shops, and the restaurants in this area are among the finest in the world. We are a 5 minute walk to Buses and a 15 minute walk to Bart.
