Raven and Osprey Rooms - With a commanding view of the bay and ocean these rooms offer the finest full amenity accommodations available in the Historic District.

Each room has cable TV, firestoves, in room jet tubs, and king size four poster beds.

Captain's Room - One of Mendocino's best view rooms, featuring a private upstairs verandah with a spectacular view of the ocean, bay and village. A wood burning stove, hand stencilled walls, and a deep bath tub to soak away the stresses of a fast paced life. $225 + tax Nov. - May $275 + tax June - Oct. and weekends all year.

Water Tower - The historic water tower has an 18 foot beamed ceiling above the four poster bed and hand stenciled walls. A sitting area with a wood burning stove provides a cozy place to curl up with a book. $150 + tax Nov. - May $175 + tax June - Oct. and weekends all year.

Kit's Cabin - A cozy two-room suite in the garden, with a wood burning stove, and four-poster bed. The view of the garden and the hundred year old cedar tree make this one of our most popular suites. $150 + tax Nov. - May $175 + tax June - Oct. and weekends all year.

First Mate's Room - Located in the historic house; featuring hand stenciled walls, pine antique furniture and a village view.

Starboard - A two-room suite at the bottom of the garden with a wood burning stove, separate sitting room and verandah, both with an ocean view. The south facing rooms are light and airy with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your visit.

Port - Another two-room suite at the bottom of the garden with a separate sitting room and verandah, wood burning fireplace and an ocean view. The south facing verandah is sheltered from the wind and is super for sunning even when the weather is cool.

• Room rates are for double occupancy and range from $105 to $195, Monday through Thursday; and from $135 to $ 230 on weekends and holiday weeks. Weekend rates are charged the entire months of July, August, September, and October.
• A 10% Mendocino County bed tax will be added to all room rates.
• Please add $20 for an extra person in the room per night.
• We have a two-night minimum stay on weekends, and a three-night minimum stay on holiday weekends.
• The full amount of one night, including tax, is charged on your credit card at the time the reservation is made.

• Check-in is between 3p.m. and 6p.m. Check-out time is 11a.m.. Please let us know if you will be arriving later.

• A full breakfast is served in our historic New England style keeping room.
• Most rooms have colour cable television.
• Sorry, we cannot accommodate any more pets than the three cats we already have.
• All of the rooms have small refrigerators.
• We welcome children over twelve years of age.
• Smoking is permitted only on the verandah or in the garden. Cleaning fees, equal to one nights lodging, will be charged if guests smoke in their rooms. Mendocino Fire Marshall does not permit the use of candles in bed and breakfast rooms. Please respect this policy as our establishment is built entirely of wood. Thank you.

• Cancellations:
  If notice is given seven days prior to noon on the day of arrival or we can rebook the room, you will get a full refund minus a $15 cancellation fee. If we are unable to re-book your cancellation, your credit card will be charged for any nights of your reservation that we are unable to re-book. A 14-day notice is required for holidays and reservations for two or more rooms. A cancellation number is required for any credits.
