James House Santa Barbara features five luxurious guest rooms with queen or king size beds and private baths. Guest room conveniences include phone, cable television, DVD, wireless high-speed internet access, and mini-fridge. All room rates include a full gourmet breakfast served at 9:00 am Monday thru Saturday and at 9:30 am on Sunday. Our wine and hors d'oeuvres social at 5:00 pm daily is also complimentary and available for all guests to attend!
