Newly emerged from the earth, the cottages of The Homestead stand in harmony with the ancient oaks. Natural gardens, meandering rock walls, and clear blue skies lull you into the slower pace of a mountain retreat. Inside, the meticulous attention to detail, the warmth of yellow pine, and the hand troweled plaster and Saltillo tile floors grace each cottage with a simple luxury.

Guest Rooms/Rates

All six guest accommodations have their own unique charm. The four, one bedroom cottages feature natural pine woodwork, wood vaulted ceilings and saltillo tile floors. The Ranch House, a two bedroom/two bathroom accommodation is perfect for families. A trademark of The Homestead is that every accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen stocked daily with coffees, teas, hot chocolate, milk, juice, muffins, fruit & granola. A gas barbecue and picnic table is available to all guests.

Country Cottage

Living room with gas fireplace, satellite TV, kitchen, separate bedroom with queen size bed, spacious bathroom with oversized soaking tub & waterfall showerhead. 2 adults only. $219 per night. January - March Special $169

*Native American*	Living room has a queen size sofa-bed, gas fireplace, satellite TV, kitchen, separate bedroom with queen size bed, spacious bathroom with shower.	2 - 3 adults	$199 per night, $25 for additional person. January - March Special $155 per night.
*Adobe Cottage*	Living room has a queen size sofa-bed, gas fireplace, satellite TV, kitchen, separate bedroom with queen size bed, spacious bathroom with shower.	2 - 3 adults or 2 adults and up to 2 children	$199 per night, $25 for additional person. January-March Special $155 per night.
*Star Gazing Loft*	This cozy room sits at the top of our new raised center barn (the downstairs is storage, so it is equally quiet as the cottages) large room with queen bed, setting area, kitchenette and bathroom with shower.	2 adults only	$145 per night. January - March Special $119
*The Ranch House*	Living room with queen size sofa bed, gas fireplace, satellite TV. Kitchen/dining room. Master bedroom with queen size bed and adjoining bathroom with large tub/shower. Second bedroom has two twin beds (can be put together for a king), second bathroom has a tub/shower. Children welcome.	2 - 6 guests	Up to 5 guests $349, 6 guests $374. January - March Special up to 5 guests $274, 6 guests $299.

Amenities and Policies

The kitchens are fully equipped.
All accommodations offer private label glycerin soap & shampoo, robes, hairdryers, iron & ironing board, daily maid service, central heating and air conditioning.
Free internet access, courtesy phone at office with free local calls.
Concierge services, in room massages (available at $90 for one hour).
2-night minimum on weekends, 3 - 4 nights for holidays.
We cannot accommodate pets.
No smoking on the premises- smoking area at entry gates.
Reservations require a 50% deposit, refundable with 7 days notice of cancellation, 14 for holidays or for 2 cottages.
Check-in time is between 4 - 6 P.M. Please call if you need to make different arrangements.
