| The largest area is the Skipper's Suite which includes two bedrooms joined by a private hall, which has a full private bathroom in between. The Skipper's Room, which can also be rented by itself, has a city and bay view, a TV-VCR, private telephone, desk and seating/reading area. The Mate's Room down the hall has three twin beds and is usually rented as part of the entire suite. |

| The large newly remodeled Captain's Quarters, at the opposite end of the house, offers another incredible view of the bay, the Point and ocean beyond. It also includes a king size bed, TV-VCR, a fully-tiled bathroom with a private two-person jacuzzi tub, a two-person shower, twin sinks, lots of large mirrors and big cuddly terry robes and towels. |

| The Starboard Stateroom, on the lower level, also has a view of the city and bay, a Queen size bed, a reading -seating area, a private bathroom directly off the bedroom, a TV-VCR, desk and a private entrance from the driveway. |
