Hidden Hills Bed and Breakfast is the perfect setting for romantic getaways, weddings, reunions, wine tasting tours, golfing or just escaping. You can relax and enjoy your privacy and have the laziest of good times, explore on your own, or we can customize excursions or spa treatments to meet your needs. Massages for you and your loved one can be scheduled with one of our excellent massage therapists in the privacy of our gazebo or in your room. We can arrange for a limo tour of the beautiful wine country and wine tasting at local wineries, or a visit to Hearst Castle, and dinner at one of our fine local restaurants. We want to make your getaway an outstandingly memorable one.

You will savor the tastiest gourmet breakfast that is prepared with the freshest and finest ingredients. The eggs are farm fresh and gathered daily. The vegetables and fresh herbs are all naturally grown here at Hidden Hills and are handpicked each morning from the expansive gardens. The fresh fruit is from our own family orchard. Sometimes we do resort to getting some fruit or vegetables from our local Farmer's Market. For those preferring lighter fare, you can enjoy homemade yogurt prepared with fresh homegrown fruit and homemade granola. Please let us know in advance of any special dietary needs.

The Los Olivos Cottage is over a thousand square feet of private cozy luxury. It has a fully equipped kitchen making arrangements for a private chef to come and prepare your requests a possibility. The bedroom features a King-sized featherbed and has a large bay window overlooking the pool and fountains and the expansive lawns. $295/$325

The Oak Room is upstairs in the main house and overlooks the giant oak trees that frame the gazebo and pool area. The room is awash with sunlight with large windows on two sides. There is a Queen-size featherbed, walk-in closet and over-sized shower in the private bath. $175/$195

The Country Rose Room is also upstairs in the main house. It features a Queen-sized featherbed and has large windows that overlook the hillside and orchard. The private bathroom is just outside the room in the hall. $140/$150

• Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card deposit equal to one night's stay.
• Cash or check is preferred on arrival.
• Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly.
• We prefer a two-night minimum stay on weekends (Fri/Sat or Sat./Sun). Do inquire, as it is sometimes possible for us to book a single weekend night stay with an additional housekeeping fee of $25.
• A three-night minimum stay on holidays and certain special events is required.
• We release multiple-night limits on the Thursday evening prior to each weekend. We welcome last minute inquiries.
• Quoted room tariffs do not include local taxes.
• Cancellation Policy
  • Over 14 days: Cancellations with more than 14 days notice are subject to a $25 processing fee, which will be deducted from your deposit.
  • Under 14 days: We do not accept cancellations with less than 14 days notice.
  • Under 14 days: if we can rebook the room nights: We will be glad to provide you a gift certificate for a future stay.
• Due to our rural setting, smoking is only permitted in a designated area. Please inquire.
• Sorry, no pets. We will be glad to recommend boarding options.
• Check-in: 3 - 6 pm. Late check-in is possible with prior arrangements.
• Check out time is 11 am.
• A full gourmet breakfast is served on the weekends between 8 and 9 am. Please inquire if your schedule requires other arrangements.
• Continental breakfast is served weekdays.
