Currently available are the South and West bedrooms. North bedroom is used as a family overflow.
All rooms are located on the second floor of our home.

The South Bedroom

The South bedroom is furnished with oak. This room is furnished with a queen size bed, swivel rocker chair, wood floors, walk-in closet and TV with DVD player. The bath is immediately accessible from inside the bedroom.

The West Room, we call the Paniolo room, that's Hawaiian for cowboy, because of the colorful undersea mural painted on one complete wall. Enjoy a large room, private bath, and views to the South and West of the ranch. Furnished with a queen bed, walk-in closet, antique dresser, wood floors, and flat panel TV.

The North Bedroom

The North room is sparingly decorated, but has a commanding view of the valley. Furnished with two twin beds, oak furniture, recliner, and wood floors. This room does not have its own bath. The bath is available directly across the hall, but is shared by the South room. This room is on the second floor of our home.

Normally, only North or South room would be reserved unless a family or friends wouldn't mind sharing the bath. So, choose either the North or South bedroom and be assured of a private bath. Or choose both rooms and share the bath.

Rates and Policies
  • Rooms are $125 per night, double-occupancy, two-night minimum preferred. Weekends only at this time.
  • Bring a friend or two and book both rooms for $200 per night.
  • San Diego County TOT tax of 8% or $10 per night will be added.
  • Pet Policy: NO pets can be accommodated for guests. There are two friendly ranch dogs who sleep in the inn and roam freely at the ranch.
  • Open Flame Policy: No candles in your room.
  • Accommodations: All rooms accommodate two persons. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Check In/Out Policy:
    • Check-in is 3 - 7 pm; late check-in can be arranged.
    • Check-out is 12 noon.
  • Smoking Policy: Smoking out of doors is permissible in designated area ONLY. All lit materials will be extinguished in receptacle provided. Absolutely no smoking inside of the inn.
  • Payment Policy: Credit Card and Debit Card payments accepted. No checks.
  • One night deposit required to confirm reservations.
  • Cancellation Policy: Deposits are refundable if your cancellation is received seven (7) days prior to your planned arrival, minus a $25 service fee. Within the seven days, a cancellation may result in your deposit being retained and charges for all other reserved nights being applied to your credit card if we are unable to re-rent your room.
