• Additional guests negotiable. Arrangements to be made in advance.
• 2 night minimum. 3 night minimum for holiday weekends.
• A deposit is due within one week of booking. Balance payment is required upon check-in.
• On receipt of your deposit we will confirm your reservation.
• Three weeks notice of cancellation is required or possible forfeit of the deposit.
• For cancellations, a fee of $25 will be charged.
• Early departure will not be refunded.
• Guests will be charged for damages and a minimum of $25 for excessive cleaning.
• Our accommodation is not suitable for small children under 10 years old.
• No pets are allowed.
• Please make checks payable to MORT COHN.
• Check-in after 3 p.m.; Check-out by 11 a.m.
• Garden Cottage & Las Flores are 100% non-smoking environments, including deck and patio.
