This restored 1880's B&B guest room also features a sunny location and Victorian furnishings. Turn of the century antiques include a Victorian oak armoire, Victorian dresser, and a full-size antique oak bed. A private half-bath is located in-room, and across the hall a large full bath is shared with only one other room. That spacious bath features a Victorian claw-foot tub, separate shower, and pedestal sink. Hair dryer, cable TV/VCR are included. $165 low season, $180 high season

Your second floor suite features a Victorian inspired four-poster king bed, with antique dresser and closet space. You also have a private full bath with a Victorian claw-foot tub-and-shower, towel warmer and overhead pull-chain commode. Here's a bonus. You have a private hallway leading to an outdoor balcony. From there, view the fertile Pajaro Valley and surrounding hills. Of course, hair dryer, cable and VCR are among many included amenities. $200 low season, $225 high season

• Rates - Our Low Season is November 1 – March 31 (Holidays excluded); High Season is April 1 – October 31. All rates are based on single- or double-occupancy excluding tax. We observe a two night minimum stay during the High Season and holiday periods on weekends (Friday-Saturday or Saturday-Sunday). If available, one night stays (Friday or Saturday) are subject to an additional $25 Housekeeping Fee. Low Season weekdays (Sunday through Thursday) will be discounted 15% with a two night minimum stay. Each room accommodates a maximum of two guests. Rates listed or quoted do not include a 10% Transient Occupancy Tax. We're honored to extend a 20% stand-alone discount to active and reserve military and their families.
• AAA Members - Show your card and save 10%. We are an Official Appointment licensee awarded the AAA Three Diamond rating. This discount is stand-alone.
• Reservations - Cash, check or your credit card (Visa, Mastercard) will guarantee your reservation with one night's rate as your deposit. Call us at 831.724.9169 to make reservations or obtain information. Reservations can also be made online by clicking on the Reservations link.
• Cancellations - A seven (7) day minimum notice is required to receive a full refund of your deposit. If less notice is given a refund can be issued only if the room is rebooked, otherwise your credit card will be debited for one night’s rate.
• Check-In - Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. or by arrangement. Please call us when you’re getting close so we can be sure to properly greet you (and open the gate). Check-out time: 11.00 a.m.
• Smoking Policy - Smoking is not allowed in the house. There is an available area outside.
• Children - Well-behaved children are welcome. Please note the maximum occupancy per room and that we are simply not equipped for infants. Contact us for information on our Family Plan for multiple rooms.
• Pets - We have a resident Black Labrador Retriever and a cat and so we cannot accommodate guest pets. We welcome service animals.
