Fensalden Inn, our tranquil Mendocino Bed and Breakfast, is located on the Northern California Coast just south of Mendocino. This Mendocino inn is a completely renovated 1860s era stagecoach stop that offers the traveler to Mendocino eight romantic accommodations with ocean views, fireplaces, private bathrooms and gourmet breakfasts. More than just California coast lodging, Fensalden Inn and her hosts offer a unique pampering experience to each visitor. An open wood burning fireplace in the entry greets visitors. A library/reading room includes a FAX machine and a telephone for guest use. The Tavern Room features a couch and large overstuffed chairs that look out to the ocean while a glass-front wood burning stove adds warmth and charm during the morning meal and evening social hours. In this room we serve a full gourmet breakfast and evening wine and hors d'oeuvres. |

Our Sunroom can accommodate 18 people board room style, or 32 people theater style. The Tavern Room does double duty as our dining room, and can be used for board room style seating up to 12 people. There is a PC hook-up in the parlor, and a fax is also available to our guests. The sleeping facilities are varied, and can accommodate up to 22 people. We serve a full breakfast each morning and wine & hors d'oeuvres in the afternoon. We will be happy to provide morning and evening snacks, lunch, and can cater dinner on site or make arrangements at one of the fine restaurants in the area. Corporate rates are available Sunday through Thursday.
