Mendocino Farmhouse is nestled in a private forest setting just minutes from the village of Mendocino, surrounded by beautiful gardens with open meadows and a pond. The farmhouse is filled with comfortable antique furnishings, wallpapered rooms, flowers, and an eclectic collection of books and music. All rooms have private baths and some have fireplaces.

The Barn Cottage, located across from the farmhouse features two rooms, each with private baths and stone fireplaces in a separate sitting area. Each room has its own private entrance. After you have spent a very restful night's sleep in one of our comfortable rooms you will wake up to a hearty farmhouse breakfast.

• $120-$155. Rates are for two people (plus applicable taxes.) For each extra person add $15.00.
• Rooms are held 5 days pending receipt of your deposit in the amount of one night's rate or charged to your credit card at the time of reservation.
• Most weekends and holidays we have two or three night minimums. HOWEVER, if we haven't booked for two nights on the weekends by Friday afternoon, prior to the weekend, we can take a Saturday night only.
• In case of cancellation your deposit is refunded (less a $15.00 processing fee on credit card reservations) if we are notified seven days before arrival or if we are able to re-rent the room.
• Children are welcome over the age of 8 years. We have two rooms in the farmhouse that will accommodate one child in a separate bed.
• We ask those who smoke please do so outdoors.
• Resident cats and dogs are very friendly and will greet you on your arrival and keep you company if you give even the slightest encouragement.
