The Emma Nevada House is a smoke free inn. Smoking is only permitted on outside porches and in the garden.
Holiday rates are in effect from Thanksgiving through December.
Rates do not include tax.
Due to rising heating costs, there will be a three percent energy surcharge added to all rooms.

A major credit card or prepayment by check is required to guarantee your reservation.
Your credit card will be charged for one night upon receipt of your reservation.
Occupants in excess of two will incur a charge of $40 per night each if over ten years of age, or $20 per night each, under ten years.
Minimum Stay: 2 nights on weekends, April through December, and on holidays. Call for exceptions.
Cancellations: A 14 day cancellation notice prior to 12 noon on the day of arrival is required or you are obligated for full charge of reservation. Holiday periods require a 30 day cancellation notice. 50% (minimum one night charge) payment is due and payable when your reservation is made and the balance is due and payable upon arrival. A $25 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations, even those received 14 days prior to scheduled date of reservation (30 days for Holdays).
Check-in: Between 3 and 6 p.m. For late arrival, please inquire when making your reservation. Check-out: 11 a.m.
Payment: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and checks with valid driver's license. Payment with third party gift certificates requires advanced approval and may be subject to a processing fee.
