• Based on single or double occupancy, county taxes not included.
• Each additional person: $25.
• Rates subject to change without notice.
• Check-in: 3 pm, Check-out: 11 am.
• Regrettably, no pets allowed anywhere on the property.
• Unsuitable for children under 12.
• Two nights minimum required on weekends.
• Three or four-night minimum required on major holiday weekends.
• Smoking is not allowed in our rooms.
• Cleaning and/or damage fees assessed if necessary.
• One night’s advance payment is required to make a reservation.
• The balance is due at check-in.
• This advance payment, less a $25 processing fee, is refundable if you cancel 8 days, or more, prior to your arrival (15 days during holidays).
• Early departure, or cancellation 7 days (14 days for holiday periods) or less in advance,
  charged full rate for each night we are unable to rebook.
• Gift certificates available.
