The Continental Inn offers an elusive combination of unhurried charm and modern comfort and convenience. Nestled in the hills, in historic downtown Tomales, the newly-built Continental Inn is a replica of the original turn-of-the-century hotel that stood in the same spot - the cornerstone of this picturesque community's quaint downtown.

Read, relax, and stroll through the historic village of Tomales, a 5-minute drive from Dillon Beach and outdoor attractions, like kayaking, birdwatching, cycling, whalewatching and clamming. Point Reyes National Seashore is just a 25-minute drive away.

Accommodations

The Continental Inn strives to provide its guests with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We have nine spacious and comfortable rooms to choose from, each with their own unique offerings, with high ceilings, private bathrooms with shower, thick towels, and good reading lights... all in quaint Victorian character. Our guest room accommodations include complimentary amenities such as: hair care and bath products, color television, DVDs, private bathrooms, and the convenience of parking at the door. All rooms have wireless internet access.
