• For multiple rooms, an additional deposit may be required.
• A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends and holidays.
• Holiday weekends and special events may require a longer stay.
• Cancellations for individual rooms require 7 days notice and will be refunded, less a $25 processing fee.
• Multiple room cancellations will require 30 or more day's notice.
• For cancellations with in the seven days prior to arrival, no refund will be made unless the room is resold.
• If the room is resold, then we will refund your deposit less the $25 fee.
• Rooms are single or double occupancy and subject to a 12% hotel tax.
• Room rates include a full breakfast on Saturday and Sunday and an expanded continental Monday - Friday.
• Smoking is not permitted throughout the guest rooms and public areas.
