Pets Welcome

If you plan to bring a pet(s), you must notify us at the time you make your reservation, as pets are allowed in designated "Pet Friendly" rooms only. There will be a $20 charge for bringing a pet, per pet, per day.
Please review the following "Pet Policy" guidelines. You will be asked to sign a document with these policies in person at the time you check into your room. We would be glad to provide you with a copy as a reminder of the policies.
  1. There are many places in and around Carmel where your pets are welcome, but there might be times when you want to leave your pet alone in the room. If we had not had furniture devoured and hours of non-stop barking, we would say "OK." However, if there is a time you will not have your pet with you, let the front desk know so that we can give you phone numbers for pet friendly restaurants, pet sitter or other options. (Please don't leave your pet alone in your room).
  2. You are responsible for your pet(s) behavior. If those sometimes inevitable "accidents" occur, whether in the room, on our property, or around Carmel, please clean up after your pet immediately. Please let us know if there are any mishaps. We'll try repairs before adding to your bill.
  3. Also, we appreciate a thorough wiping off in between the time they have romped on the beach and re-entered the hotel. (Please do not bathe your pet in your room.
  4. We will provide you with a sheet to cover the bed linens, should your pet sleep on the bed with you. Feel free to bring your pet's favorite blanket or bed as well.
We hope you enjoy your stay, and don't forget that we want to take a photo for our pet guest display in the lobby. Thank you.
