• MasterCard, VISA, AmEx, or personal check (guaranteed by a valid credit card). Checks must be received within seven (7) days of the reservation request and at least five (5) days prior to arrival. An advance pre-payment equal to the first night or one-half of the total amount, whichever is greater, will be charged prior to arrival. Any balance is due upon arrival.
• County occupancy tax is 8% and is additional to the room rates.
• Cancellations received with the required advance notification will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations received with less than the required notification cannot be refunded unless the rooms are resold. We do not over book and therefore we cannot make any exceptions.
  • 3 days prior to arrival. All regular, non-event, non-holiday periods and days.
  • 10 days prior to arrival. Special Event and Holiday periods and the week between Christmas and New Year's Day.
  • 10 days prior to arrival. Two rooms visiting together.
  • 30 days prior to arrival. Three or four rooms visiting together.
  • 60 days prior to arrival. Special events at the inn.
• Special Event Weekends And Holiday Periods require a two-night minimum.
• Check In begins at 3 P.M. Confirmed rooms are held all night for arrival.

• Sorry, No Guest Pets. The inn provides two pets. Their names are Josh and Kody, our two kitties. They are not allowed inside the inn.
