Rates are for single or double occupancy and include an Expanded Continental Breakfast Buffet available at your convenience.
For each additional adult, please add $35 to the rate; children 17 and under, please add $25; and for infants and toddlers 3 and under, there are no additional charges.
$125 - $170 per night
Horse Stabling - Equestrian Center Available.

May-October:
Honeymoon Suite: $160/nt.
Garden View Suite: $135/nt.
Blue Room (best view of the horses!): $125/nt for 2 people, $165/nt for 4 people.
$350/night for all three rooms up to 8 people.
$395/night for all three rooms for 10 people.
In order to secure the reservation, we require a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) to which we will charge one night's stay or 50% of your total stay (whichever amount is greater). Your advance payment guarantees all days of your stay.
Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Should you need to cancel all or part of your reservation, we must receive notice no less than 7 days prior to your current scheduled arrival date.
All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee.
Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to your current arrival date will be non refundable and you will be responsible for payment of any nights not resold, unless your accommodations are resold for all portions of your stay or you will be responsible for any room nights we are unable to resell.
This policy pertains to early check outs as well.
A two night minimum stay is required on most weekends if Saturday is included. Long weekends generally require a minimum stay of three or more days.
Holiday and Special Event dates are subject to a thirty (30) day cancellation policy.
Check-in: between 3 - 6 pm, please call to arrange a later check-in time.
Check-out: 11 am
Bear River Ranch is a non-smoking facility.
