Dutch Babies

Serves 4

4 eggs, beat until bright yellow
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/2 lemon
pwd sugar

Add milk and flour to beaten eggs. In large glass baking dish put 4 T. margarine or butter. If using margarine place in pre-heated 475 oven until it sizzles. If using butter, just let melt and then add egg mixture. Cook for 12 minutes or until slightly browned and puffed. Squeeze lemon on top and top with powdered sugar and your favorite fruits. Enjoy!!
