One Mesa Bed & Breakfast

All our accommodations have private entrances and decks, as well as the use of the Inn's View Hot Tub. Each is equipped with its own TV, VCR, and CD player, as well as a telephone for outgoing calls. Weekends we feature a deluxe breakfast basket filled with homemade goodies and delivered to your door. Weekdays we provide a generously stocked self-service breakfast, with early morning pastry delivery.

Sunset Cottage has 1 bedroom with private Bath and fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, overlooking the gardens. White washed antiques and local art create an atmosphere or French country charm. Up to four guests may stay in Sunset Cottage.

The Mesa Rooms combine comfort and elegance to assure you a rejuvenating getaway. All have separate entrances, their own private baths, refrigerators, microwaves, and 24 hour self service coffee (fresh coffee beans) and tea. Ask about our special budget accommodation.

• Rates range from $120.00 - $199.50 per night, single or double occupancy, depending on accommodation and breakfast options selected.

• Our rates are subject to change without notice and do not include the 10% hotel tax.
• Additional guests are billed at $25 per person per night.
• Weekends and holidays require a 2 or 3 night minimum stay.
• Check in: after 3:30 pm; Checkout: 11 am, unless otherwise arranged in advance.
• A reservation is guaranteed once payment by check or credit card information is received. A courtesy hold on your reservation can be held for up to 7 days with a credit card, pending receipt of personal check.
• If your cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit is returned less a $25 handling fee per night booked.
