Happy to Accomodate!

cake.jpgAt The Mill House, our guests are our first priority and it is evident from the phone conversation as you book a room, throughout your stay, until we say goodbye!

With more and more guests needing gluten free breakfasts, we have discovered some yummy easy recipes for our gulten free friends.  By request, here is a favorite!

 

Gluton Free Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

7 oz cocoa

3/4 cup butter

4 eggs. separated

1 cup sugar

 

Melt butter with cocoa, add 4 egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar

Beat egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar till soft peaks

Fold into chocolate mixture

Bake 300 degrees for 40 minutes in 9 inch round cake pan

Tastes like a big fudgy brownie!  MMMMMM Good!!
