The time is fast approaching to plan a holiday party for your staff or loved ones. We're here to help and make it easy! I've designed 4 menu options to fit all your needs. Brunch, lunch or dinner with options to please everyone. Any of these menus can be customized and special dietary needs are never an issue with some notice. Holiday Party Menus

Silver Menu $35 per personparty.jpg

1st course:

* Salad of mixed greens with Vermont goat cheese, dried cranberries and maple balsamic dressing

Main course choices:

* Braised Beef short ribs with garlic mashed potatoes and baby carrots
* Seared Salmon with winter squash risotto, green beans and butter herb sauce
* Butternut squash ravioli with baby spinach and cranberries

Dessert:

* Mini baked Alaska with chocolate cake, peppermint ice cream and toasty meringue

Gold Menu $40 per person

1st course choices:

* White Truffled Caesar salad with aged parmesan and herb croutons
* Butternut squash bisque with fried sage

Main Course Choices:

* Prime Rib au jus with garlic mashed potatoes, green beans and horseradish cream sauce
* Breaded Misty knoll chicken with asparagus, parsley butter potatoes and a tomato caper sauce
* Seared Halibut with saffron risotto, smoked tomato and brocolini

Dessert choices

* Bourbon crème brulee with brown sugar and pecans
* Chocolate sorbet

Platinum Menu $49 per person

1st course choices

* Mixed green salad with Vermont goat cheese, dried cranberries and maple balsamic dressing
* Butternut squash bisque with fried sage
* Jonah crab cakes with mustard crème fraiche and pico de gallo

Main Course choices

* Grilled Fillet Mignon with lyonaise potatoes, green beans and red wine sauce
* Pumpkin seed crusted Halibut with winter squash risotto, swiss chard and herb butter sauce
* Seared Statler chicken breast with pumpkin ravioli, sage brown butter sauce and wild mushrooms

Dessert choices:

* Flourless chocolate cake with vanilla bean ice cream
* Champagne sorbet with red fruits
* Bourbon crème brulee with brown sugar and pecans

Sunday Brunch party $29 per person

1st course:

* Assorted croissants and danishes

Main Course options:

* Waffle with strawberries and whipped cream
* Eggs Benedict with shaved ham, hollandaise sauce and homefries or fresh fruit
* Breakfast burrito with chorizo, red peppers, onion and cheddar
* Brunch burger with gruyere cheese, smoked bacon and fried egg on a house made English muffin

Dessert choices:

* Sticky bun bread pudding
* Mimosa sorbet
