Richmond is a culturally diverse and geographically unique community centrally located on Canada's West Coast, in Greater Vancouver, 15 minutes from Downtown Vancouver, and 25 minutes from the USA border. Richmond has been experiencing growth and change with remarkable speed, transforming from a rural, local community to an international city with a balance of urban, sub-urban family, and rural areas. The continuing development of the City's downtown core, and the pending construction of Rapid Transit and an Olympic Speed Skating Oval on time for the 2010 transformation is ongoing.

Our location is very convenient with easy access to Vancouver International Airport, Richmond City Centre, and Vancouver Downtown.

We provide a smoking-free, pet-free, and fragrance-free environment in our B&B, kids are welcomed. Our Bed & Breakfast is equipped with High-speed wireless Internet access for your convenience. Wired Internet portal is also available. A Delicious breakfast is always included with your stay. You have the choice of either Continental or Asian breakfast.

We offer 3 types of suites for your Greater Vancouver accommodation needs. We have a total of 10 suites. The one Captain Deluxe Suite with full size deluxe private ensuite bathroom has a built-in Jacuzzi tub, private sauna box and sky light. The suite is fully furnished with full-size walk-in closet, king size bed and single cot. The Suite is fully air-conditioned in summer. The 3 Admiral Suites with private ensuite bathroom are fully furnished with walk-in closet, queen size bed and single cot. The 6 Commodore Suites with 2 shared washrooms have large closet and queen size bed. Every suite has full cable TV access with color TV and remote. The Captain deluxe suite has 32" LCD HDTV with full cable, DVD player, and mini stereo.

Admiral Suite	3-piece private bathroom, 15" LCD TV, fully furnished with queen size bed and single cot. Max. 3 guests	$95/Night	$570/Week
Captain Deluxe Suite	Deluxe full size 5-piece private bathroom with sky light, built-in massaging Jacuzzi tub, personal sauna box, walk-in closet with full-length mirror, 32" LCD HDTV, DVD player, mini-stereo, fully furnished with king size bed and single cot. Max. 4 guests	$145/Night	$870/Week

All rates are in Canadian dollar funds, we do not charge taxes on our rates.
Admiral suite and Captain Deluxe Suite both have extra daybed to accommodate an extra guest.
An extra guest over the age of 12 sharing the same suite will pay an extra $15/night.
Kids under 12 stay for free if no breakfast is required for the kid, breakfast can be included for an extra $10/night/kid.
All rates include breakfast plan. We serve Continental or Asian breakfast.
All posted rates will have a 10% discount during low season. (Dec 1st - Mar 31st).
Airport Shuttle Service: $15/trip, maximum 3 guests per shuttle service.
