Cottage Pirouette Bed & Breakfast is situated within minutes of downtown Victoria and the beautiful Inner Harbour, the centre of tourist activities and world-renowned attractions. Because this B & B is just a 12 minute bus ride or a 6 minute drive from downtown Victoria, you will find us close enough to be convenient, and far enough away that you will get a restful sleep! This B & B's host is probably the only innkeeper who was actually born in Victoria, and thus, has a very good knowledge of Victoria's history, how to get around it and find those special places. Our guests say that they find the experience fun, friendly, and the service warm and caring. Whether you are a couple, a family, or old friends getting together for a reunion of sorts...the atmosphere at this Victoria B & B will leave you with good memories. |

A 4 minute walk down the block will bring you to Fleming Beach and Macaulay Point, where you can watch, or take part in rock-climbing, kayaking, sports fishing, or just sitting and contemplating the marvellous view of the Juan de Fuca Strait and the Olympic Mountains of Washington State. A little further west, you'll find Canadian Forces Base Esquimalt, Canada's 2nd largest naval base...where you can take part in free summer tours, or, enjoy the Esquimalt Naval and Military Museum, also in the HMCS Naden grounds. Our Bed and Breakfast has had great feedback from our guests, in that they find the experience fun, friendly, and the service warm and caring. Next door to your bed & breakfast is the English Inn and Resort, an excellent wedding location, and home of the Rosemeade Dining Room, a fantastic fine-dining experience. Within a few minutes of walking are many cozy restaurants and cafes, and convenient stores. Nearby Saxe Point Park is also a famous wedding location, and your host can help you arrange your special ceremony there. Victoria is famous for the Galloping Goose Trail, a pedestrian and cyclist's trail which is over 45 km long in just one direction. It goes west to Sooke and also north to the Victoria BC Ferry Terminal, and we can help arrange bicycle rentals. Also for your convenience, local transit is right outside our front door, to take you to all of the attractions in Greater Victoria. |

Most guests choose a Canadian breakfast, featuring fresh baked breads, homemade jams and preserves, and fresh fruit, which is served on fine china. The coffee and teas are excellent. Give us notice, and we can prepare a Japanese breakfast, of which rice and miso soup are the base and which is served with traditional green tea. With two dining rooms and a living room, 2 sundecks, gardens, and a hot tub under the stars on the patio, there's plenty of space for guests. A fridge and microwave is available for guest use, and the proper pot of tea offered at check-in time has won the hearts of many a weary traveler to B.C. |
| Rooms feature posturepedic mattresses, CD player/alarm clock, rich duvets (hypo-allergenic feather or polyester) plush towels and robes, hair dryers and slippers. Lounge in the living room, enjoying cable TV and the DVD player there, or meet other guests from around the world. |
