The Light Heart Inn B&B is located in the funky and cosmopolitan Commercial Drive area of the city, a destination well worth several days of exploration and meandering. The Drive, also known as Little Italy because of its many Italian and Mediterranean restaurants and shops and delis, is celebrated for offering the best coffee the city has to offer. A walk down The Drive will take you past numerous restaurants, outdoor cafes, and stores featuring arts and crafts from all over the world. vibrant & interesting destinations in Vancouver!

Light Heart Inn's clean, bright rooms are equipped with High Speed Internet access, stylish queen-size beds, and are located on a private floor away from the rest of the house. Breakfast is served either in the dining hall or on our private front garden patio, depending on your choice and the weather. We serve a full breakfast typically consisting of choices such as fresh fruit, yogurt, teas, coffees, fresh squeezed orange juice, sweet buns and cornbread, cereals, toast, sausages, bacon, and eggs. We will request your breakfast preferences prior to your stay so that we can be sure to serve the breakfast that best suits you! We will certainly accommodate special requests if given adequate notice.
| Light Heart Inn B&B is three blocks due north of Trout Lake Park, the only natural lake in the city. Trout Lake Park, also called Hendry Park, has a Farmers Market from May to September. There are also festivals and activities throughout the year, such as the Lantern Festival each July. The walking trails and paths around the lake provide a great opportunity for those who want to start or end their day with a stroll, jog, or run in beautiful surroundings. |
| Light Heart Inn B&B is a three minute walk from the Broadway Skytrain Station. Skytrain will take you easily and within minutes to downtown, the waterfront, GM Place, Vancouver's famous Chinatown, Tinseltown Multi-theatre complex, and many other great destinations, including conference and convention centres in the city's core. Take Skytrain to Science World, then hop on a water taxi at the east side of False Creek and spend the day exploring Granville Island and its many arts and crafts stores, artisans' studios, and market! You can just as easily go directly to New Westminster Quay and historic New Westminster on the Fraser River - the former capital of our province. | Light Heart Inn B&B is in the Commercial Drive area, and that means days worth of exploration and discoveries! A walk down The Drive will take you past skads of restaurants, outdoor cafes (23 coffee shops alone at my last count- as the locals say "...there was coffee on the Drive before coffee was cool"), and arts and crafts from all over the world. Nearby is also the Van East Cultural Centre, where you can see world class theatre performed in a wonderfully renovated old church.
