• Cancellation Policy: Madrid and Coppertone Suites: deposit refundable up to 14 days prior to reserved dates (less $25 administrative fee per room). Granville Suite and Weekly and Monthly stays: deposits are refundable up to 30 days prior to reserved dates (less $50 administration fee per room).
• Tax: Rates subject only to 7% Goods and Services Tax.

• Quiet Miniature Poodle ("Diego") is in residence. He is non-shedding and not allowed in the guest rooms.
• Smoking: Our house and all units are totally smoke free. Smoking is permitted on our covered verandas.
