Policies

Adult orientated. Children over the age of 12 years are welcome.
Smoke free and pet free. Guests are welcome to smoke outside.
Cancellations aren't a problem - a full refund will be made if you contact House On Dunbar at least two weeks prior to your reservation.
Cancellations made within two weeks prior to arrival are subject to a service charge of one nights' stay.
All reservations are confirmed by a one night deposit.
To reserve the room we will require a VISA or American Express number along with cardholder's full name and card expiration date.
Check in at 4 to 5 pm or by prior arrangement.
Check out 11 am to noon.
