The location is perfect! 5 minutes to downtown by car and within 10 minutes of most major attractions. Butchart Gardens is 30 minutes by car. We are three minutes to the Cedar Hill Recreation Center and only 5 minutes to two major malls (Mayfair and Hillside Shopping Centers). City Buses are 3 blocks away and there are direct routes to downtown and to the University of Victoria.

The Front Snug has a queen-size bed with down bedding, a double futon, a desk and several chairs and lots of built-in furniture. It has lovely city and mountain views and a very romantic atmosphere.

The Back Snug has tranquil colors, lots of space and 2 double beds with down bedding and many built-ins. It is a large comfy room with a huge closet housing kids' toys and lots of storage.
